JPM Shares Its Valentine's Day Secrets

It's like Valentine's Day around these parts all year round. Not so much with the flowers or lacy things, but rather in the kitchen. We're in the throes of a love affair with fresh, gourmet-quality food, and figured it's a good time to share some of our favorite love-themed dishes and menu items to spark an appetite of your own for Valentine's Day.
This is one of the few times your main course will play a supporting role. Below, from left is (All food is prepared by JPM except where noted.):
Red and Yellow Tomato-Lobster Bisque; Fried Oysters with White Wine-Lemon Sauce; Heart-Shaped Foam on a La Colombe Cappucino
Now onto the good stuff, desserts and treats. Below, from left is:
